** (HUD - Suite 103) ** Permit is to remodel an existing first floor 1,842 sq. ft. tenant space within a 60,280 sq. ft. building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create a an office, a conference room, a break room, a health room, a reception area, a LAN room and open office areas, new millwork, new acoustic suspended ceiling, new sinks at the health and break rooms, relocating existing light fixtures, plumbing work, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. Note: new portion of corridor wall is a 2 hour rated wall assembly. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
