** (BUREAU OF RECLAMATION – 3rd Floor T.I. and ADA Parking stall upgrade) ** Permit is to remodel an existing 27,042 sq. ft. third floor space within a 79,369 sq. ft. three story building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: @ 3rd floor construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create an office, relocating existing light fixtures, electrical work, relocate mechanical ductwork and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC, @ exterior existing parking stalls: removing two parking stalls and upgrading to one van accessible parking stall at the south west area of the parking lot. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
