(GROVE HOTEL) Permit for tenant improvements on the 2nd and 3rd stories with work to include the removal of two interior nonbearing walls in suites 213, 214 and 215 to combine the suites and the installation of new doors between suites 302 and 303, 304 and 305, 306 and 307, 308 and 309, 310 and 311, 312 and 313 and suites 314 and 315. The interior nonbearing walls between suites 221 and 222 and 227 and 228 are also being removed for two larger suites. The new connecting doors are indicated as one hour doors. One additional door is being added at the corridor which is a 20 minute door. All work per the approved plans. This is a fully fire sprinklered building because it is a high rise. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
