Scope of work is repair home due to fire damage and remove and replace the entire roof system. During this process, the new roof will be made of attic trusses and the new floor plan upstair will include a bedroom, bathroom, storage a separate heating system. The main floor has been gutted and the walls will have new insulation and gyp, new kitchen, new code compliant stair leading to new upper level, new exterior side entrance, and new front porch. New windows shall comply with energy code and windows in bedrooms shall comply with egress requirements. Electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits will be pulled separately.
