Also add an attached 1,550 sq. ft. conditioned garage. Work will also include on the main level; removing the pop out window on the main floor to create a new front entry, and add a new office. On the upper level work to include; adding sq. ft. for a new master bedroom, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Also additional roof modifications, and garage modifications.
