Scope of work also includes conditining of garage space below and new 112 sq. ft. elevated covered deck. The living unit will and garage will be heated with ductless system. Separate electrical, mechanical and plumbing permits are required. All work is to be done according to approved plans, Plan Review Report, current local codes and as approved under CAA17-00009.
