To prepare an existing 1,295 square foot space to be used as an open office. This space was constructed under a plan modification to tenant improvement permit BLD15-02368. Work is to include gypsum board soffits and interior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
