**Project Mangement- Ron Hill** (BOISE CENTRE CONVENTION CENTER – OFFICE REMODEL – SOUTHWEST CORNER) The fire sprinkler system is used for fire area. To remodel a 2,751 square foot office area located in the Southwest corner of the convention center. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, millwork, and finishes. The existing toilet rooms that serve the office area are required to be maintained accessible to the disabled. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
