ARBOR CROSSING APARTMENTS. (REPAIR PERMIT) This permit is for the repair of fire damaged units. Per the contractor and owner all structural elements with any char damage are being replaced per the original constructions documents which includes a few beams and several trusses. All unit separation walls and building separation walls are required to be replaced per the original construction documents. A pre-inspection conference with the building inspector is required prior to the start of any reconstruction. This is a scope of work permit only with a certificate of completion to be issued upon completion and approval of this project. This building is not fire sprinklered. All exterior work is required to match the existing construction. See the attached plan review report for window replacement requirements. CDM
