(MAVERIK - SIGN) (CSN17-00142) To install an LED illuminated double faced 105 square foot ground supported monument sign (15 feet tall by 7 feet wide). The sign will have cabinets with acrylic faces, vinyl graphics, and LED characters. The bottom 5 feet of the monument sign will be masonry veneer having a dry stack look. The sign will be located in the Northwest corner of the lot at the corner of Cloverdale Road and Ustick Road. The sign will be installed around a 5 inch diameter steel column imbedded in a 3.5 feet by 3.5 feet by 4.5 feet deep concrete footing. Special Inspection is required for welding. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the attachment details, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
