(ST JOHN'S CATHEDERAL) Permit for the removal and replacement of exterior monument stairs on Hays Street side of the cathederal with work to include the removal and reconstruction of the existing monument stairs per the approved plans and the attached engineering. The new stairs are allowed to encroach into the ACHD righ of way 36" per the attached lisence agreement. The remining exits on the serve the cathederal are required to be adequately signed and unobstructed while this exit is blocked for construction. This is a scope of work permit only with a certificate of compliance to be issued upon completion and approval of the stairs. CDM
