PLAN MODIFICATION 10-9-2017 - Homeowner has discovered that the foundation structure is insufficient and needs to be removed. All existing Living Space as shown on plans is being demolished. They have requested that the Permit be for the Demolition of the entire Living Space and costruct a new single family residence of the same dimensions 20' x 35'-6" or approximately 720 square feet. Structure is to meet setbacks and easements as per Planning. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical permits are required. Prescriptive Energy Code or better is proposed. Ductless heating. Owner is planning to install a circulating heated slab system as well. Engineering has been provided for the tall wall. **BJM*** *** PLAN MODIFICATION 10-2-17 - Due to excessive mold and rot discovered during removal of existing walls the applicant will remove the existing tall wall, replace with new tall wall as per engineering, remove crawl space materials and fill with structural fill and replace floor with 4" concrete slab floor; existing roof structure to be removed and replaced as per plans. **BJM** Permit to remove existing Basement (floors, walls, exterior walls, ect.), Living Space over existing Basement and fill in with structural fill (compact as required). Walls at Carport and Living Space on each side of structure being removed to remain. Remaining Living Space to be remodeled as per plans, no interior bearing walls are being removed. Bedroom, Bathroom and Kitchen will be added as per plans. Windows and doors to be added as per plans. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms to be updated as required. All work to be done according to plans, notes, review notes and local codes. 720 square feet of Living Space to remain. Separate electrical, mechanical and plumbing permits are required. **BJM**
