(RELOCATED PYLON SIGN) (CSN17-00310) To relocate an existing free standing double faced fluorescent illuminated pylon sign that is 18 feet tall to a new location (i.e. 30 feet Southeast) and to reduce its height to 12 feet tall. It is being moved to accommodate a street widening project. The sign cabinet has an area of about 64 square feet with the bottom of the cabinet about 4 feet above grade. The existing 5.56 inch diameter poles will be cut off at grade and embedded in new circular concrete footings that are 24 inches in diameter by 5.42 feet deep. The building is currently vacant. Sign copy for any tenant shall not be posted until the tenant secures a Certificate of Occupancy. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural calculations, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. All attachments are required to be sufficient to resist gravity, wind, and seismic loads with appropriate safety factors considered. **CJW**
