Permit to repair fire damage throughout home. The fire was not structural but was fueled by combustibles (water heater, furniture, misc. items). Home has been stripped to the studs. No structure is being removed, replaced or relocated. New gypsum board, insulations, cabinets, appliances, plumbing, wiring, finished flooring, water heater and new furnace are being installed. Existing ductwork to remain. All work to be done according to plans, notes and local codes. Separate electrical and plumbing permits are required. ***BJM***
