Previously noted items have been corrected, no fire sprinklers, no fire alarms, fire extinguishers are placed with current inspection tags. Permit was in "Under Review" staus at time of inspection, per Conversation with Julie Romig, life fire safety inspection could be performed with what was on-site. I called the contact phone number and left message that I would be there at 8am. I arrived but no one was here and building is locked. I noted the address on the Howard Street side is missing, fire extinguishers are not mounted and are placed on the floor, exit signs do not appear to have power. These items were noted by view through the windows.
