(GOOD SAMARITAN HOME - SIGN) (CSN18-00015) To install an LED internally illuminated double faced 62 square foot ground supported monument sign (12 feet tall by about 6 feet wide). The sign will have a metal cabinet with acrylic faces and a reader board for changeable letters. The bottom of the sign will be fabricated from sheet metal. The sign will be located in the Northwest corner of the lot at State Street. The sign will be installed around a 4 inch diameter by .237 inch thick steel column imbedded in a 2.0 feet by 4.0 feet by 4.0 feet deep concrete footing. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. All attachments are required to be sufficient to resist gravity, wind, and seismic loads with appropriate safety factors considered. **CJW**
