(STOEL RIVES) Permit for interior tenant improvements to the 19th story of the building with work to include the removal and construction of interior nonbearing partiton walls on the majority of the hall facing office walls and replacing the walls with glazed walls.. Conference room 1902 is being enlarged and the existing stairs connecting the 19th and 20th floors are being reconstructed with no modifications to the building structure. The reconstructed stairs are not approved and will be a deferred submittal item pending structural engineering. This is a fully fire sprinklered and alarmed high rise building. Any alterations to the sprinkler or alarm system shall comply with NFPA 13 and 72 respectively, as regulated by the fire department. CDM
