(MARKET STREET) (CSN18-00052) **Permit to install illuminated one canopy mounted sign and six illuminated wall-mounted signs. Sign 1 is an aprroximately 11 ft tall, 260 sq ft “Market Street” LED-illuminated channel letter sign mounted to the top of the canopy with 4” square tube supports. Sign 2 is a 16 sq ft “Starbucks” LED cabinet sign. Signs 3 & 6 are each 41.6 sq ft “Pharmacy” LED illuminated Channel Letter signs. Sign 4 is a 48 sf “Talon Taphouse” LED Halo channel letter sign with background panel. Signs 5 & 7 are each 112 sq ft “Market Street” LED illuminated Channel letter signs. The existing monument sign is to be refurbished and refaced with new LED illumination. The signs shall be installed per the approved drawings, attached engineering and local codes. Attachments are required to be sufficient to resist all gravity, snow, wind, and seismic loads with appropriate safety factors included. **JAR**
