(ASPEN VALLEY SENIOR LIVING – ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE FACILITIES – EARLY START FOOTINGS, FOUNDATIONS, UNDER SLAB PLUMBING, AND SLAB ON GRADE PERMIT) To construct the footings, foundations, under slab plumbing, and slab on grade elements for a new 47,379 square foot, one story building with a fire wall to be used as an assisted living facility (50 units) and as a memory care facility (16 units having a total floor area of about 6,853 square feet). The rest of the building will be constructed under permit BLD18-00494. A separate plumbing permit is required for under slab plumbing. Special Inspection is required for soils, concrete, shear walls, and roof diaphragms. The work is required to comply with the approved structural drawings. CJW
