(PACIFIC OFFICE AUTOMATION – BUILDING B) Fire sprinklers used for building area increase. Permit is to remodel an existing 7,032 sq. ft. office/warehouse tenant space within an existing building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create a showroom area, an office and open office area, select new wall infill, select new door/door frames, select new interior windows, select new millwork, adding vertical grab bars in the men’s and women’s accessible restrooms, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
