SPECIAL INSPECTIONS FOR COMPACTED FILL - Permit for the construction of a new 2715 sq. ft., two story (first story 2128 sq. ft., second story 587 sq. ft.) single family dwelling with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, approximately 288 sq. ft. of covered patio/porch and a 1513 sq. ft. attached garage per the approved plans, any notations, local codes & ordinances. **JAB** A-1 zoning and setbacks per planning.

A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection. Please e-mail the stamped inspection approval letter to mjannusch@cityofboise.org and allow 24 hours for subgrade approval processing. Call Melissa Jannusch at 208-608-7168 with questions.

Prior to obtaining a final for the permit, the roof storm drainage system must be inspected by Public Works. Call Melissa Jannusch at 208-608-7168.

The final inspection of the site grading and drainage work shall be done by the design engineer. Written approval shall be submitted to Boise Public Works prior to the issuance of the building final.

An erosion and sediment control site preparation inspection is required for this site. The site preparation inspection takes place after all required erosion and sediment control best management practices have been installed and BEFORE any earthwork takes place.
