Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select millwork, removal of select plumbing fixtures, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create offices, a reception area, a copy/mail area, (2) conference rooms, an IT room, and an open break area, select new door/door frames, extend top of select existing walls to 14’6”, select wall infill, mill work, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
