(JEFFERSON WEST APARTMENTS) A PRE-CONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE WITH THE BUILDING INSPECTOR IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ANY RECONSTRUCTION. Permit to remove and replace the existing siding, windows and exterior doors on (2) two-story buildings and (2) three-story buildings. The three-story buildings are Type VA construction with 1-hour rated exterior walls and corridors. The two-story buildings are Type VB construction with rated corridors. Existing exterior gypsum board sheathing at 3-story buildings and at 2- and 3-story building corridor walls is to be repaired as required to maintain rated construction. Unit Entry doors in corridor are to be 20 min rated doors. This is a scope of work permit only with a certificate of completion to be issued upon completion and approval of the work.
