A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection. Prior to obtaining a final for the permit, the roof storm drainage system must be inspected by Public Works. Call Melissa Jannusch at 208-608-7168.
The final inspection of the site grading and drainage work shall be done by the design engineer. Written approval shall be submitted to Boise Public Works prior to the issuance of the building final.
An erosion and sediment control site preparation inspection is required for this site. The site preparation inspection takes place after all required erosion and sediment control best management practices have been installed and BEFORE any earthwork takes place.
