Permit for interior and exterior improvements to an existing Russian Orthodox Church. 1-hour rated exterior wall and projections required at north property line per table 602 for fire separation distance < 5’. A 1-hour assembly is being provided on the new roof/ceiling structure with a Class B roof covering. Any penetrations in the roof/ceiling assembly shall be a rated assembly. Work to include: removal of existing roof structure and construction of new Dutch gable roof; new exterior bench, ramp and stairs at front entry; new stair and landing at south exit; remodel existing restrooms; new lighting fixtures; new 1-hour ceiling; new plumbing, mechanical, and electrical; and new interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. Special inspection required per attached form #310. All work to be done per the approved plans and applicable codes and ordinances. **JHB**
