(CRITTY'S TAP ROOM - SUITE 102) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. Permit is for the remodel of an existing 1,272 sq. ft. title loan office into a bar/tap room. Work to include a serving area with 26 beer taps, 6 wine taps, new interior non-bearing partitions, new seating area, beer/wine bar, plumbing, electrical, and storage for kegs/beverages. Existing HVAC to remain and no additional light fixtures under this permit. New interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. A 2-hour fire barrier shall be installed in the concealed space of the exterior canopy to divide the building into (2) two fire areas to avoid the installation of an automatic sprinkler system per IBC Section 903.2.1.2. All work to be done per the approved plans and applicable codes and ordinances. **JHB**
