Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: construction of select interior nonbearing wall to demise tenant spaces, new walls to create a printer room, a conference room, an accessible restroom and open office area, select new door/door frames, select new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, select new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
