**PRESCRIPTIVE ENERGY REQUIREMENTS** **HILLSIDE** **WUI FOOTHILLS ZONE 'A' REQUIREMENTS** Permit for the construction of a new 3388 sq. ft., two story (first story 1894 sq. ft., second story 1494 sq. ft.) single family dwelling with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, approximately 604 sq. ft. of covered patio/porch and a 993 sq. ft. attached garage per the approved plans and any notations. SP-01 zoning and setbacks per planning. A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection. Prior to obtaining a final for the permit, the roof storm drainage system must be inspected by Public Works. Call Melissa Jannusch at 208-608-7168.

The final inspection of the site grading and drainage work shall be done by the design engineer. Written approval shall be submitted to Boise Public Works prior to the issuance of the building final.
