All buildings are of Type VA construction, requiring building elements to have 1-hour fire resistance rated construction. Rated construction to be maintained and repaired if damaged in construction. Work to include: demolition of portion of balcony, demolition of existing exterior stair and stair guardrails; installation of new stair structure, stairs, and guardrail. Special inspections required per attached Form 310. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering.
