The primary structural frame, interior bearing/non-bearing walls and floor/ceiling assembly are required to have a 2-hour fire resistance rating and the roof/ceiling assembly are required to have a 1-hour fire resistance rating. Only non-combustible construction is permitted with this construction type, except for materials allowed in IBC section 603. This parking garage will serve the medical office building on hospital located on the parcel under permit: BLD17-04285 and BLD18-01027. This building is not fire sprinklered. Special inspections required per attached Form 310 and includes: steel fabrication, structural steel, concrete construction, masonry construction, soils, and intumescent coatings. **JHB**
