(CCDC BIKE SHELTER – EASTMAN PARKING GARAGE BUILDING) Permit to remodel an existing automobile parking garage by adding a new 560 sq. ft. bicycle parking station within main level of the parking garage. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work to include: construction of footing/foundation, concrete slab, steel columns, chain link fencing, door/door frame, light fixtures, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. Note: special inspection is required, see attached form 310. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
