(SARAH'S BAGEL CAFE IDAHO) The fire sprinkler system is used to substitute for the 1-hr fire-resistance-rated construction of the building. Permit is to remodel an existing 2,240 sq. ft. restaurant tenant space (1440 sq. ft. main floor restaurant and kitchen area + 800 sq. ft. storage basement). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. (Note: some work was done without a permit by previous tenant such as removal of doors/door frame, select new interior nonbearing walls and wall infill). Work to include: new kitchen equipment, millwork and new half walls, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
