(TIKKER ENGINEERING – FIRST FLOOR SUITE #170) (2 PERMITS FILED UNDER BLD18-04246 IN EPLANREVIEW) Permit is to remodel an existing 10,940 sq. ft. vanilla created under BLD18-01807. this occupied tenant space is to be 3,536 sq. ft. on the west end of the 1st floor and the remaining vacant space on the east portion of 1st floor is to be 7,311 sq. ft. under BLD18-04376. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select interior windows, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create tenant demising wall, (2) offices, a conference room, a storage/file room, a break room and open office areas, select wall infill, select new door/door frames, millwork, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC.
