WUI - SPECIAL INSPECTIONS FOR CONCRETE, SOILS, & HOLLOW-CORE PANELS - Permit for a 600sq' basement level Accessory Dwelling below a grade level 600sq' garage. There will be deferred submittals of engineeering for the hollow-core floor panels. All work per plans, notations, attachments, engineering, local codes & ordinances. Separate electrical, plumbing & mechanical permits required. **JAB**A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
