**(WESTPARK PLAZA) (MATTRESS RX)** Application for inspection to determine requirements for issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a 9,944 sq ft existing mercantile tenant space. This space was previously occupied by "Shoe Carnival" under BLD07-03246. Tenant space consists of 8,364 sq ft sales floor with mattresses displayed on bedframes, 870 sq ft storage room where mattresses will be stored stacked against walls, and 170 sq ft existing office. The tenant space is located within a 15,398 sq ft building. This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase and to allow retail sales occupancies. The fire sprinkler system is required for mattress retail per 2015 IBC 903.2.7 Item 4. NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT. There will be no change to the occupancy. **JAR**
