**(IDAHO HOUSING AND FINANCE – LOWER FLOOR - SUITE #50)** (2 PERMITS FILED UNDER BLD19-00141 IN EPLANREVIEW) //Plan modification to the interior mechanical work. 4-9-2019 JG// Permit is to remodel an existing vacant 9,403 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this existing 7,802 sq. ft. will be used for expanding an existing occupied tenant space created under BLD18-00339 to create a new occupied tenant space that will be 19,912 sq. ft. and the remaining adjacent 1,601 sq. ft. suite #75 tenant space under BLD19-00168. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file.
