(JAKES DRY DOCK – RETAIL CLOTHING – BOISE TOWN SQUARE MALL – SUITE 1159 – 1ST STORY – IN MALL BUILDING NEAR J. C. PENNY) This building has a fire sprinkler system because it is required for mall buildings. Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 2,806 square foot retail sales tenant space located on the 1st story near J. C. Penny in the Boise Town Square Mall Building. This tenant space was previously occupied by “Colors Origins”. At least one dressing room of each type is required to be accessible to the disabled. The smoke-control system is required to be maintained operational as originally approved. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Referenced Code Sections because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety or to discriminate against the disabled.
