(MOD PIZZA – INTERIOR DEMO) ****NO NEW CONSTRUCTION ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT**** This permit is to perform interior demo work only. No exterior demo allowed under this permit. Scope of work includes removal of non-bearing interior partition walls, removal of interior roof access ladder, removal of interior finishes, and removal of existing floor drains. Do not remove ceiling unless sprinkler coverage is able to be maintained in accordance with the Boise City Fire Dept. All building sprinkler, alarm, and smoke evacuation systems must be maintained throughout the demo and after demo is completed. ****NO NEW CONSTRUCTION ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT****
