Work to include the removal of approximately 38 lineal feet of interior partition wall and 2 doors, and the installation of approximately 300 lineal feet of suspended wall for new offices, new break room, and new interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. A new suspended ceiling grid will be installed and new lighting installed. All wall construction materials shall be noncombustible. This is a fully sprinklered building, any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate fire sprinkler permit and will be required to comply with NFPA #13 as regulated by the Boise City Fire Department. **JHB**
