(IHFA [IDAHO HOUSING AND FINANCE ASSOCIATION] – CONFERENCE ROOMS – 3RD STORY) The fire sprinkler system is used to substitute for the 1-hr fire-resistance-rated construction of the building. To create two conference rooms (160 square feet and 281 square feet) on the 3rd story of an existing building within an existing whole story office tenant space. The conference rooms will be located in an area formerly used as an open office. Work is to include an interior nonbearing wall, interior nonbearing glass partitions, interior doors, and alterations to the existing suspended acoustical ceiling. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
