NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. ** To create a 2,899 square foot vanilla shell space for a future A-2 occupancy. This space is located on the 1st story, Northwest corner, of 'BoDo Building #7' and was last used for retail sales by Urban Outfitters under permit BLD06-03118. Work is to include interior demolition of non-bearing walls, create new non-bearing demising walls, relocate existing HVAC units, supply water/waste lines, add a new storefront entrance system and relocate electrical equipment. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **JHB**
