(COLLIERS INTERNATIONAL) This building is fire sprinklered for fire area and to allow the multitheater complex. Permit to modify an existing 10,130 square foot office tenant space located on the 3rd story of "BODO Building #7". There is no change in occupancy or occupant load. This is a scope of work permit only with a certificate of compliance to be issued upon completion. The prior tenant improvement was constructed under permit BLD05-02358. Work is to include demo existing nonbearing interior walls, demo existing doors, interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, and finishes to comply with chapter 8 of the 2015 IBC. The work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. Any modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **JHB**

Audio visual device next to area were wall was removed (plans show it as office 132) is overspaced, no device was in office area, an audio visual fire alarm device will need to be installed in the area that was office 132.
