Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select nonbearing walls, new installation of select interior non-bearing wall to create an exercise/stretching space, Lobby, a Woman's Changing Area with shower and a Men's Changing Area with shower. Showers, benches, lockers, reception desk to be ADA compliant. The drinking fountain on the second floor is proposed to being adjusted in height to be ADA compliant. New lighting fixtures, new ceiling grid and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. Mechanical and Electrical to be design build as needed.
