This building is fully fire sprinklered per NFPA 13 with a fire alarm system as regulated by the Fire Department because it has occupied floors more than 55 feet above the street, to substitute for rated corridors, to allow unprotected openings at the alley, to allow one stair enclosure to pass through a nonrated lobby on the 1st story, etc. Any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system and/or fire alarm system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **JHB**
