**(VANILLA – SUITE #101)** (2 BUILDING PERMITS UNDER BLD19-02567 IN EPLAN) NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 1,740 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this vacant tenant space is to be 668 sq. ft. and the remaining 1,072 sq. ft. is to be an occupied tenant space created under BLD19-02567. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file.
