VANILLA – SUITE #110) (2 BUILDING PERMITS UNDER BLD19-02869 IN EPLAN) NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. This building is fire sprinkled. Permit to remodel 2,410 sqft. existing retail space by separating into (2) spaces, West space 1,205 and East space 1,205 sqft. Work to include: demo existing non-load bearing walls, construct new non-load bearing demising wall, new accessible bathroom with a service sink, new drinking fountain, new store front and main entry door.
