To repair select areas of a residence converted into a commercial office under BLD00-00475 due to damage caused by a fire to the Garage and water damage. Repairs to include; Exterior- exterior housewrap and siding at corner wall and gable, repair back landing and steps, painting as needed. Interior - electrical repair as needed, gypsum board on walls and ceiling of Office/Breakroom, new cabinet, reinstall sink, carpet, reinsulate walls with R-13 (fill cavity), R-38 insulation in attic as needed. No structural damage as per applicant. Repairs to be restored to original requirements as per plans. No C OF O to be issued. A Letter of Completion to be issued when done. No work is proposed in the Garage where the fire occured. ***BJM***
