(CHILDREN’S THERAPY PLACE – THERAPY SWIMMING POOL – 1ST STORY) The fire sprinkler system is used for fire flow and to substitute for 1-hr corridors. To install a 15 foot by 15 foot in ground Class E therapy swimming pool (225 square feet) within the 888 square foot therapy pool area on the 1st story of an existing two story building (77 square foot single user toilet/shower/locker room, 42 square foot pool mechanical room, 12 square foot storage room, and 736 square foot pool room). This building, including a concrete pool “vault”, was constructed under permit BLD19-02464. The pool will maintain a temperature between 85 and 88 degrees. The therapy swimming pool varies in depth. The pool will have an automatic pool cover and the pool is required to be accessible to the disabled. Work is to include reinforced shotcrete, concrete stairs, a handrail, electric pool heater, electric pool light, power safety cover, steel bonding and grounding, a circulation and filtration system, lifesaving equipment, etc. Special Inspection is required for shotcrete and for the lift anchor installation. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, with the plan review report, with all applicable Idaho State statutes, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The therapy pool is required to comply with the 2015 ISPSC (International Swimming Pool and Spa Code). **CJW**
