(BIOMARK ANNEX – FABRICATION AND STORAGE) (CZC19-00261) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase. To remodel an existing 12,644 square foot tenant space (11,400 square foot lower level and 1,244 square foot mezzanine) for a new fabrication, assembly of parts, and storage tenant. Work is to include interior full height steel stud nonbearing walls with steel headers over door and window openings, interior side-hinged swinging doors, interior overhead doors, interior windows, interior partial height masonry walls, a gypsum board ceiling at the top of the new masonry walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, three existing toilet rooms maintained accessible to the disabled, millwork, and finishes. Special Inspection is required for masonry and for anchors post-installed in masonry and/or hardened concrete. Racks over 8 feet tall require a separate racking permit. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
