(ZAMBILHA – BOISE TOWNE SQUARE MALL – 2ND STORY – OCCUPANCY) (TEMPORARY OCCUPANCY ENDS DECEMBER 31ST) The fire sprinkler system is used for covered mall building. Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 605 square foot retail sales tenant space located on the 2nd story of the Boise Town Square Mall. This tenant space was previously occupied by “Flip Flop Shop” under permit BLD11-02075 and by “Zambalha” under permits BLD16-03831, BLD17-03831, and BLD18-04013. The smoke-control system is required to be maintained operational as originally approved. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Referenced Code Sections because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety. **CJW**
